Our Beneficiaries

This foundation has been set up to assist those affected by Glioblastoma Brain Cancer.  Here is the journey of some of our Grant Recipients and how we have been able to assist.

Beverly Ann Stringer

Meet Beverly Ann Stringer.  Beverly Ann was born in Annapolis, MD attended North Kingstown High School and St. Joseph's School of Nursing.  She worked as an Operating Room Technician at South County Hospital for over 20 years.  She enjoyed baking, music, summer days at the beach, crafting from nature, hosting annual holiday gatherings for family, and traveling with her late husband.  She had a creative and eclectic personality. Her sense of humor was legendary and sense of style notoriously unique.  Beverly began her fight with Glioblastoma on April 21, 2020 and sadly lost her battle on Friday, January 20, 2023.  She is survived by her children Terrence (T.J.) Stringer Jr. and Heather Clegg; and grandchildren Andrew Clegg, Alexa Clegg, and Ayden Stringer, as well as her sister Dr. Lynn Sironen and brother-in-law Jan Sironen, and son-in-law Stephen Clegg. She was "Auntie B" to many, and "G-Bev" to all.  Our foundation has been a support for Heather and T.J. at times throughout Beverly's fight.  We are honored they are supporters of the foundation and sad that they had to experience the battle of a loved one affected by Glioblastoma.

Meet Aric Blanchette.  Aric was diagnosed on May 8, 2020.  Our foundation along with many of his beloved friends, helped him complete a "bucket list" trip.  Sadly Aric lost his battle on Sunday, January 17, 2021.  We were honored to be a small part of his journey and help him make some cherished memories.
